What is your return policy?
You can read our full return policy here.
To request a return, log in with the email you used to place the order. You don't need to create an account and you don't need to create a password. A temporary code will be sent to your email address every time you log in. Under "Orders" look for the order you would like to return and press "Request Return".

Is the age check necessary for checking out?
Yes, stun guns are regulated products and we have to verify that buyers meet the minimum age requirements according to the state they are ordering from. See our blog post about age requirements per state. We use a third party app to verify your age, which in most cases can perform the age verification instantly using just your birth date and the basic information you provide during checkout. In some cases, you may be required to send a copy of your ID to the third party app for additional verification. You order will not be processed and your credit card will not be charged until the age verification is complete. Stun Gun Shop does not collect, store or sell your personal information used for age verification purposes.
How do I know if I am legally allowed to own a stun gun in my state?
We put together this blog post that summarizes the requirements for owning a stun gun for each state. The post is meant as a guide and is not meant to replace state laws. State legislation may change before we can update our blog post, so we recommend checking the applicable laws in your state when in doubt. Links to relevant legislation for states with increased restrictions are provided for your convenience in the blog post, but keep in mind that court rulings have been know to challenge some of the laws restricting the sale and use of stun guns.
